| | The Dirk and Jaap Oudes Foundation was started in 2003 with the intention to give greater publicity to the artists Dirk Oudes (father) and Jaap Oudes (son). The foundation has access to their legacy, which includes many paintings, drawings, sculptures and documents.
The activities focus on studying the oeuvres of both artists, organizing or facilitating exhibitions, attending to publications, and gathering information and making this information available.
The foundation can act as a mediator for sales of works of Oudes senior and Oudes junior.
The Dirk and Jaap Oudes Foundation is not aimed at buying works of these artists. However, we are anxious to be informed about the whereabouts of paintings and drawings in connection with future publications and exhibitions.
The Foundation regularly publishes a newsletter. You can subscribe to this by becoming a friend of the foundation in the annual sum of €15,-. Apart from the newsletter (through post or e-mail), you will receive invitations for exhibitions and lectures, and a reduction in the price of publications.
